Run a Report: All Notices Issues at Once
The below steps will allow staff to see all notice issues with all notice types at one time. Click here to access LX Starter.
1. Once on a library branch, click 'sequences'. That will open a page that lists each notice. Click on an individual notice.
2. Click on any of the following blue dotted areas: bounces/failed to send/marked as spam. This will open up the notice activity log for that notice.
3. When in this 'notice activity log' page, you can choose to use the filter to search multiple notices at the same time. Click 'filter' next to the search box and the options will appear. The example bellow shows all notices, all notice issues (failure to send, marked as spam, hard bounced and soft bounces) and a one month period.
4. This gives you results of all notices with any issues. The below photo is an example of all of the notice issues on one results page. This is an easy way to run all the failed notices (bounces, marked as spam, failure to send) for all of your notices for a period of time.
