Coassemble is the learning management software (LMS) for all Pinnacle member libraries. Each new staff member who needs access to Polaris will be assigned as a learner and Coassemble will send an email to create an account. Learners are auto-enrolled in the five "Pinnacle Core Courses": Welcome!, Leap Basics, Searching and Holds, PowerPAC, and Digital Resources. These courses give the foundational knowledge on how to use Polaris Leap and other Pinnacle tools. Learners may also be enrolled in additional courses depending on their position at the library.
When learners log in, they will see the "Core Courses" and there are three tabs: To Do, In Progress, and Completed. Once a learner begins a course, the course will appear "In Progress" and when the course is completed it will appear in "Completed". Below is a screenshot showing what the home page for learners will look like. Once a course is completed, the learner will receive a certificate of completion.
